The school is open for admission to both boys and girls irrespective of caste, creed or social status.

1. The management reserves to itself the right of admission.
2. Registration for L.K.G. is done in the first week of January. The minimum age for admission to L.K.G. is 3 years and 6 months on March 31st. The school sets a maximum age for each standard.
3. New admission will be made subject to the vacancies in each class in the month of March after the annual results.
4. Every new pupil must bring:
   • A school leaving certificate from a recognized school.
   • The original Municipal Birth Certificate, if the child has not attended school before.
5. Pupils applying for admission are as a rule subject to an entrance examination held at the beginning of the academic year. They will be tested for the standard below the one to which they seek admission.
6. A candidate who has attended any recognized school cannot be admitted without a leaving certificate from the school last attended. If the candidate comes from a school outside the state of ODISHA, the leaving certificate must be countersigned by the Education Officer of the place in which that school is situated.
7. Special attention must be paid to entering correctly the name and date of birth of the child. Subsequent changes in the date of birth or name will not be permitted.
8. School Leaving Certificate will be given only to those who have settled all their dues. Application for school leaving certificate should be made in writing by the parent. A fee of Rs. 100/- is charged for issuing a School Leaving Certificate or for any extract from the School’s General Register.

RULES FOR PAYMENT OF FEES

1. Fees are to be remitted in the ORISSA STATE CO-OP BANK, PARADIP, S.B. A/c No. 3922 – KG & ORISSA STATE CO-OP BANK, PARADIP, S.B. A/c No. 3921 – Class I – X

2. The twelve months tuition fee is to be remitted as indicated below.

3. These dates will be strictly observed and if the payment is not done, a fine of Rs. 100/- per installment is charged after the due date.

4. Fees once paid are not refundable.

5. Provision to make Payment of the school fees for the full year in the first quarter also exists. For details contact the school office.

6. Pupils may not be allowed to answer the examinations unless all dues of the school are paid.

7. Parents & Guardians will kindly save the receipts issued to them and produce them in proof of payment of fee if needed.
